Pauline came on board as Financial Controller in 2018. She is skilled in numerous financial and accounting fields with a keen focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance department within a company.

Prior to joining fourTheorem, she held similar roles in the bicycle, tech and hotel industries.

Pauline is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
