No matter how ambitious modernisation plans may be, or the amount of up-to-date
technologies and resources that are brought to bear, at the end of the day it’s the
people involved from all sides that need to be satisfied, and with that the
relationships that need to be forged and nourished.

Therein lies my passion, as a seasoned professional spanning over 25 years of
customer facing roles in telecommunications, cybersecurity and cloud enablement. I have been in presales consulting mode, support roles and in the latter years product
management. The common thread is listening, empathising and being patient with
my customers, and let transparency and common drive lead to successful outcomes
