Biosimulytics

“In collaborating with the HPC team at AWS and fourTheorem we are rapidly scaling the appropriate architecture to deliver full pipeline computations and accelerate our platform build. fourTheorem’s past experience in handling these kind of complexities has been invaluable to us.”

What we provided

Biosimulytics have developed a novel computational approach to predict the behaviour of candidate drug molecules. Collaborating closely with Biosimulytics and the HPC team at AWS, fourTheorem:

  • Created an on-demand parallel compute cluster using AWS Parallel Cluster
  • Created a base AMI image, with the libraries Biosimulytics required to run their jobs
  • Worked with the team to get the code running on the cluster, helping with debugging and performance improvements
  • Iterated on the storage architecture
  • Provided infrastructure as code in a git repo
